I don't usually leave bad reviews as I feel everyone is allowed a bad day but my experience today has been far from positive. The Hollywood wax was terrible: she used a kind of wax which she had to strip with her hands but wouldn't come off. It took 40 min just for that area, leaving little time for the rest. So she called a second person in to work on me at the same time which was very overwhelming. A third colleague of theirs kept on knocking at the door to remind them of their parking permit.
