This was my first appointment with Lelia and it won't be my last! She was welcoming and friendly, listened carefully to what I wanted and came up with a plan we both agreed. The haircut was the perfect length and style, and when I brought up hair colour, she came up with honest suggestions. She could've easily 'upsold' me highlights but she didn't, and that shows how genuine she is. She's also a lovely person, really easy to talk to and have a laugh with, and I never felt rushed. I'll be back!
