I paid £68 for Nora with Ellie. I got Ellie by herself which should have been £55. This was my first haircut in a year having had a child and had a rare couple of hours to myself. I purposely paid for a senior given the length of time it had been so was dismayed that I didn’t get the experience and expertise I paid for. Ellie was lovely so this is not a reflection on her- merely a disappointment I didn’t get what I paid for. I questioned when I got there but was told she didn’t work today.
