I had a fantastic experience with Ramona. I always liked this place anyway as it has a nice, friendly, laid back atmosphere, with lovely hairdressers, but it was my first experience with Ramona and she did not disappoint! Friendly, took time and attention to make sure she knew what I wanted done, and carried it out with talent and professionalism. Exactly what I wanted for this root colour (grey coverage!) and cut and style. Thank you!
