Love my hair, this was my second time at the salon and they knew exactly what to do for me based on the last time I went. Kate was lovely and friendly. Very professional, accurate but speedy! I hate being in the hairdressers for hours and hours but Kate did everything really efficiently and all with a smile. Very friendly staff. My only improvement would be slightly better music! Thanks for another great experience Le Salon

I can honestly say my aim was to receive a relaxing blow dry, from getting my hair washed it ruined my mood initially the lady doing blow dry felt she couldn’t be bothered to be there resulted in wet dripping all the way down my back going in my ears I’ve washed hair at salons and you do not do that to your client. The wash felt half hearted, then when they swap to shampoo lady over to my stylist she was a lovely woman and had no issue with her, but the blow dry was extremely slow it’s unreal and just not bouncy and smooth just dry fizzy blow dry wouldn’t go again. My appointment was at 1.15pm I didn’t leave the salon till after 3pm anyone think I had a hair cut. This could have been a lot better.
