Had clicked wrong treatment on Treatwell, called salon immediately to confirm that what I wanted to book was available, was advised that it would be no problem - just needed to pay the difference! Great! But when my partner arrived, they said they could only do the cut not shave. He was a little disappointed but lady did a fantastic cut and shave anyway - so overall very happy.
