This was my second time doing half highlights. The first time was perfect however this time round (new person) it came out too blond as it was just bleached and didn’t blend too well with my dark hair. I was then told I would have to pay £20 for a toner which I wasn’t happy to pay. I’ve had to recolour and would like a refund if possible.

Couldn't speak English and no one else around to help. Almost cut me a fringe by mistake. Layering was done badly and uneven on either side. Didn't take coat so awkwardly held onto it for entire haircut. Didn't offer any water or drinks.

Amazing salon! The ladies who work there are so friendly and do such a good job. Not only was I really happy with my hair cut, they also curled it for me and gave me a lovely head message! Will definitely be going back.
