I went in for a half head blonde highlights and walked out with orange/brassy hair. I was really, really disappointed. I don't know what toner was used or what happened but I now have to pay an extra £70 to get my hair redone somewhere else. I would highly recommend people go somewhere else unfortunately.

Nice salon, I was very disappointed in the over charge. I booked a dry cut. Which I was given I asked for it to be once go over with the straighteners, I was then charged extra £5 I find it ridiculous to over charge when I wanted to see what the cut looked like straight and was going out if I was charged £2 extra fair enough. But I do not like company’s and people or try to get money of out of someone and see it as an opportunity!

Went for a cheap cut on offer, and it was fine. The system was down, so had a little bit of trouble finding my appointment and what I was here for. The stylist was nice, but spoke little English. Could have done with more shaping around the face - the blow dry seemed to take much longer than the cut. But overall, a fine experience for the price.
