This was the worst haircut I’ve ever had. They cut the front very short despite me clearly saying I wanted it the same length all the way around. The front layers (which I didn’t even want) were very uneven and looked awful. The stylist apologised and said she wasn’t sure how it had happened. They offered me a free haircut to fix it days later but the new stylist didn’t take much time on me and couldn’t do much except neaten it a little. Overall I was very upset & disappointed.

Cleo was off so I had Michaela (sorry if I’m spelling that incorrectly). She was so lovely and did my hair amazingly. I already can’t wait for my next appointment and will be sure to ask for her personally
