Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry

I, unfortunately, had a bad experience at Le Salon UK Stockwell. I went for a ladies' haircut with Marlita and showed her a reference picture of the haircut I'd like to have. However, she cut my fringe extremely short and in a way that doesn't match my reference picture at all. I'd prefer if she had cut my fringe in a gradually way in order to avoid such a big mistake of cutting it all at one go. I don't think she adopted a professional approach, therefore, I don't recommend at all.

Good for a trim but dont try to ask for much else. When she was about to blowdry I had to ask for more to be cut off my layers and still came out nothing like how i wanted or the photos i showed. Wanted a shag cut with curtain bangs and got very soft long layers. Will have to get it re-cut somewhere else.
