My highlights and cut are gorgeous!! Cleo was wonderful, super efficient and paid very close attention to my highlights- the colour is PERFECT! I brought some reference pictures which helped me get what I had in mind across. I didn’t even notice it, but my jacket got a bit wet during the wash and the team put it straight in the dryer for me so it was completely dry by the time I left- amazing service, thank you! So so happy xx

Went to the Stockwell branch on Sundauy, Michelia was friendly and welcoming but unfortunately after washing my hair I’ve noticed that one side of my hair is completely different from the other. The right side has nice layers while the left side look like has been randomly cut in three different points.
Very disappointing.
