Staff are always friendly and the establishment itself is clean. Waxing experience across the staff tends to vary and therefore the experience varies. My worst experience didn't put me off going back but I wouldn't have that employee for that treatment. Otherwise everything else has always been ok

My husband and I had a couples back, neck and shoulder massage - the therapists were great (they really worked the areas on my back and shoulders that needed attention) and we both left feeling very relaxed.

I had booked to have two treatments at Crisadore and had chosen to have both with a specific beautician. However on the day I didn't get the person I had requested for either treatment. I believe there was some issue with the booking as it was all a little delayed but the members of staff who were there we very professional and managed to make up for being short staffed and I had nice experience. The threading was efficient. The deep tissue massage was OK, I have had better. The massage focused mainly on my back not so much on my shoulder or neck.
