Kay is amazing! Such good customer service, makes you feel so at home. The lycon wax is brilliant, so much more painless than other waxes. A good price compared to other places I’ve been for Lycon waxes, so definitely worth the price!!! I was recommended by someone else and I would recommend everyone.

The treatroom was lovely decorated and very relaxing however the room was next to the reception and the nail section therefore I can heard the customers talking. So if u want a massage to fall a sleep the room I was in would not be suitable.
However the massage it self was great, the hot stone was very relaxing and so was the Indian head massage. Therapist, Shaima, was lovely, always asked my if the pressure was ok for me and if the room was still warm enough for me. I felt very relax and comfortable with her.
