This was my 3rd visit and the 2nd time that I had the classic facial. I also had arm/hand massage. As always my therapist Cleo was exceptionally attentive and very good at making sure all my knots were ironed out. Even though this wasn't a full body massage, the arm/hand massage was great - it made me feel very relaxed. As always the facial was A*.
I will be back!
