I rescheduled my appointment time without any issues. On the day I arrived a bit early, was seen straight away. I've had a lot of massages from different places, but this one I will remember as soothing, comforting, relaxing and enjoyable. Not rushed in any way and obviously an experienced and talented therapist. As someone who usually visits city/central locations, finding a local therapist was a nice change. I would definitely recommend a visit and getting a massage there.

I was really happy with my experience. I booked eyebrow threading and a luxury manicure for myself and my friend. We were greeted with smiles, offered something to drink and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The threading was done perfectly, and my luxury manicure looks great. I especially loved the scrub and hand mask that was applied in the heated gloves - I could have fallen asleep! I will be coming to this salon again! Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience

I booked because of all the great reviews and really hate to leave a bad review but I'm afraid I didn't experience anything like what everyone else did! I booked with Kay as her name was mentioned in high regard but it wasn't Kay who ended up waxing me. I didn't catch her name but she said she'd only been there a few months. The lady waxing was lovely but I have never experienced so much pain from a ladies wax before. She kept apologising saying there was a problem with the wax and this doesn't normally happen but I could have cried with that pain. On top of that it was a bit patchy and I had to pluck the missed hairs out when I got home. I would normally have said something but was so glad to leave. It's also started to grow back a week later, which is unusual for me. I'm sure they have some great therapists there but I would caution anyone booking here as it seems like the beauticians really vary. Unfortunately I couldn't recommend this place to anyone and I would not go back.
