Usually love this facial but on this occasion the room was very cold, a section of the procedure didn’t take place (which I can understand Due to govt. guidelines but perhaps there should be something else in replacement or a discount) the beautician was clanging around /dropping things quite often. Loud, cold, not a relaxing experience I’m afraid.
