had been recommended by a friend who goes regularly. I think maybe I was just unlucky on this occasion? Room was cold, treatment was delayed but then was also shorter than the allotted time. Bed was quite uncomfortable. Was fine but wouldn’t go for the same facial again given the premium cost, unfortunately not quite the quality I had expected...did however have the deep tissue massage today, (with cleopatra) and that was excellent and definitely be back for that regularly!
