Went in for a balayage after mine has turned into almost an ombre after growing out. I asked for warm tone, no streaks, tone evened out so it doesn’t look like an ombre. The result is not bad but not what I asked for, the tone has not changed although I was charged extra for a toner and balayage is barely noticable, my hair is still looks ombre with top and bottom different after £290. I also didn’t enjoyed their no wrap technique as it meant sitting in really strong bleach smell for an hour.

I got my hair cut by Dani a few weeks ago and loved it so much that I went back for her to do my balayage and I’m absolutely in love-with both my hair and Dani! She’s brilliant. I’ve found my new hairdresser!
