I was unsure about what I actually wanted but Dani adapted the cut to suit me and made helpful suggestions. I don't enjoy visits to the hairdressers but Dani was friendly and put me at my ease.

Went in for a balayage after mine has turned into almost an ombre after growing out. I asked for warm tone, no streaks, tone evened out so it doesn’t look like an ombre. The result is not bad but not what I asked for, the tone has not changed although I was charged extra for a toner and balayage is barely noticable, my hair is still looks ombre with top and bottom different after £290. I also didn’t enjoyed their no wrap technique as it meant sitting in really strong bleach smell for an hour.
