I’ve been a couple of time to LDN Physio and both times have been the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. Each time the physio has focused on targeted areas and then given my stretches and exercises to do at home. I’ll definitely book in again.
Deep Tissue Massage
Marcus couldn't have been more attentive and professional.
His knowledge of osteopathy and anatomy — coupled with his communication skills — meant that I finally had a treatment that addressed various functional issues I struggle with in addition to general knots and tension and was able to get some relief.
He asked questions, made suggestions, and listened. I felt comfortable and at ease being treated by him. Would highly recommend and will hopefully be back again (not too!) soon :)
Sports Massage
I recently received cupping therapy from Markos and was extremely pleased with the service. Not only was the therapy itself effective, but Markos was also extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. He took the time to explain the process and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend Markos and his cupping therapy services to anyone looking for a positive experience.
Cupping
In our 45 minute session, some tightness was brought to the surface that had laid dormant. Very thorough and opening, will go back and highly recommend.
