Nic Columbo was exceptionally professional, gave me a great initial assessment and effectively communicated his approach and his reasoning behind the treatment. Which left me feeling very relaxed in his capable hands, I left feeling that my issue was greatly improved. Highly recommend.

I had a virtual session with Mani, who was more than helpful! I was a bit apprehensive about a video session but it was great. He assessed my problem and diagnosed what was going on. He also was able to explain to me exactly why I was experiencing the problem I have. I have now been sent an exercise programme through which I am excited to start which will hopefully get me back to normal! Exercises are on an app which is very easy to use. Really recommend :)
