Re: my experience at LC Anesthetics, Enfield. Everytime I get my hair done I always feel welcomed & comfortable no matter who does my hair. Their professionalism, care & fabulous customer service is fantastic. Anna did my hair on 29 Jan 2022 and she exemplified all of the above, plus my hair looks & feels great. The hair colour she advised was perfect.
To the Owner - You may need to consider changing the Salon's name so it indicates you are also a hair salon, you could be loosing clients :-)

The therapist tried to make me feel comfortable at first. She,however, was a little abrupt when pulling out the wax strips at times,no warning! I did end up with some skin damage on my legs and bikini area.This never happened before at other places. The room wasn't relaxing and felt messy, nowhere to hang clothes. The bed had paper sheet over it that tore as I moved around,I was basically laying on the plastic surface of the bed which felt sticky. The instruments looked dated / dirty. Last time!

Came in for the first time for a Hollywood wax and underarm wax and had a really positive experience. Wasn’t too painful and the lady doing my wax was lovely! I’ll be back again ☺️
