Anna was brilliant- took her time - each time I wanted my fringe a little shorter she meticulously took a little off until it was perfect .
She really looks after you and whilst washing your hair gives a lovely head massage.
Definitely recommend her !

The experience of brow threading was good, the lady was nice and efficient.
Manicure and pedicure was not good, it didn't seem professional. The two people doing it seemed to be rushing to finish, constantly commenting to each other in language I couldn't understand, using seemingly improvised equipment. Cuticles were clipped leaving them bleeding and peeling. Nails were weakened by sanding and started breaking two days later, varnish chipping, when removed left nails scratched and discoloured.

Re: my experience at LC Anesthetics, Enfield. Everytime I get my hair done I always feel welcomed & comfortable no matter who does my hair. Their professionalism, care & fabulous customer service is fantastic. Anna did my hair on 29 Jan 2022 and she exemplified all of the above, plus my hair looks & feels great. The hair colour she advised was perfect.
To the Owner - You may need to consider changing the Salon's name so it indicates you are also a hair salon, you could be loosing clients :-)
