Awful, I arrived and it felt like I was disturbing. The person that did my waxing was not even talking (I don't mean chatting, I mean basics to ask if you are comfortable or else). It was really painful, got burnt and ended up with a Hollywood... can't complain, paid cheaper but not really what I asked for. Never going back.

Average / poor massage. Therapist was irritable and gave the impression she didn't want to be there. No courtesy or question of what I would like. Was snapped at for mentioning I had an issue with my neck, as therapist felt I was being impatient. Overall poor techniaue with deep tissue, despite claiming to be an expert - no sensitivity or feeling for problem areas. I asked for a firmer pressure which was given but without awareness of where it was necessary, so mostly just pain without release. In fairness the Thai techniaues applied at the end were good/ redeeming, hence 2stars. Also to note the massage was applied unevenly, which gave an unbalanced feeling. Would be unlikely to return
