I was impressed with the premises and the ambience of the venue and the nail technician. However, my experience with the massage therapist was not great. She repeatedly brought up discussions around war and killings. This is such a difficult time for many of us, and since I am struggling with anxiety I needed this time for relaxation and this conversation made me distressed. Later on she told me to lose weight, stop eating and that I am too big which made me feel uncomfortable.
Don't go here if you want a relaxing experience. It's not a proper room separating you from the other massage rooms - you can hear everything. The door to the room was a folding door which didn't close properly. People can see in as they walk past and you can hear everything in the main room including staff talking, the phone ringing and even toenails being cut. The music was the same song on repeat. The massage was ok but the therapist kept leaving to get oils /towels. Will not be going again.
