Prepaid for a treatment through Treatwell. Was taken to hospital on the same day so phoned trying to reschedule my appt more than 6 hours in advance. Was curtly told that they could not reschedule and that I would have to handle it through Treatwell as I booked on the app.
Treatwell was equally unhelpful, replied 2 days later just telling me to phone the salon again.
By that time I'd already lost the £55 I'd prepaid, and would not recommend this salon or Treatwell to anyone.
