So bottom line is avoid.
If you’re a new customer, or someone that’s had issues before and is thinking about going back to see if things have changed or better, take it from me it’s a lot worse, not worth your money or worth risking you brows - I learnt the hard way. Spend it where you will get the cleanliness, customer service, and quality.
Also if you’re in Ealing there’s a new salon that’s opened up by HSBC bank which actually looks like it has potential.

There is maintenance work going on the shopping mall so all throughout the facial I could hear loud drilling sounds - I would have preferred a more tranquil experience however this was outside the control of Bhavi. The fire alarm also went off during the facial due to the steam coming from the steamer. The facial itself was effective but I wouldn't say relaxing. Soni was warm, friendly and very welcoming.
