My therapist was very good in facial massage was relaxing me a lot. What I did not like it was : # it was a bit cold in thetherapist room #going for a facial extension I was expecting a proper black head extraction with steam , which I get just an black head extraction from my nose and chin with no steam #the bathroom cleanliness very disappointing plus no hand soap in the toilet and no tissue

Awful spray tan - despite washing off earlier than had been advised (I was told I could leave it on overnight - luckily didn’t!) the colour was too dark, very uneven and patchy, and I got comments in the following days on how unnatural it looked.
