Lauren is lovely. She listens to what you want. Tells you straight wether it will work or not..explains in detail what her ideas are. She is so easy to talk to,and not having other people in salon at same time, her attention is solely on you making the whole appointment pleasant and safe Thankyou Lauren for just being you
