My second treatment with lovely Laura. Laura makes you feel very at ease and my deep tissue massage was wonderful. Laura manages to tap into all the tight areas and I felt great afterwards with much more movement and mobility. Can’t recommend Laura enough she is really good at what she does.

My partner and I have been visiting Laura for the past two years. We have trusted our wellbeing to her and she has responded by bringing comfort and physical relief into our lives. On our last visit, we booked a 3h deep-tissue massage session for both us. Our experience at Sidcup Space was very enjoyable. It is easy to reach from central London, it is very spacious and well organised. Laura also uses the best oils and essences on her clients. She helped with my upper back pain and body recovery.

Laura tried cupping on me in this session after recommending it and I can say I’ve never had my muscles feel so loose! She explained everything so well and with detail, and also treated me with so much care. Think I’ve found my regular masseuse!!!
