10/10! Nails are still looking great after 2 weeks they haven’t broken or had any problems. Staff are very friendly, I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that. Will be coming back, 100% would recommend.

Friendly and open! Always checking to see if i’m doing okay, if i like the length, etc. I only wish they would have pushed my cuticles back and applied the nail a little further - I left with some space at the bottom so I think it’ll grow out sooner than I would have wanted. But i’m sure that’s something i can just ask for/mention next time. It also took much longer than I had thought - on treatwell it said it would be a 30 min appointment, but I had a 6:30 and didn’t leave until 7:37. Personally I didn’t mind because i think he did a careful job, but if I had been planning to get somewhere, I would have been upset, so maybe the website should just be clear that it’s a 1-hour appointment rather than 30 minutes.
