The guy did a really good job but I wish he was more gentle. It was a bit painful at times and I have a few scratches on my hands. The whole situation was a bit awkward. The nails look amazing so it was kinda worth it.

Service is good, perhaps a slightly better organisation is needed to allow a quicker service. Tommy is very friendly and makes his best to accommodate all the requests.
