I was counting on the ratings and I wasn't disappointed. I turned up with a mess of a head halfway between potential and no hope, and within a very short time I felt confident enough to let Maria take charge. I was so impressed and happy with the outcome, fringe and fabulous hair style and with plans to follow up and have creative fun. I am so happy with Maria and love my hair.
