I came in and explained in great detail the set I wanted. I specified the exact lengths and placements. And specifically said I wanted a natural look that didn’t look spiky.
I opened my eyes 2 hours later to very spiky lashes. They looked like I had spider legs on. I complained about how this was exactly what I didn’t want.
She removes 1 or 2 spikes. But says they don’t have time to rectify as they have another client. And they can’t refund, not even partially.
She calls her manager on the phone to explain the situation. The manager says to send an email & that she is busy right now - I don’t understand what sort of manager is too busy to speak to a clearly unhappy customer. Even for 1 min.
I felt like they were just trying to get people in & out. I check on reviews and see that the manager also has a history of not replying to emails. So this would not have rectified the situation any way.
It’s a Saturday so I have no other option to fix this mess for the weekend. Very disappointing. Especially for the price.
Sometimes things go wrong, we’re all human but this is not how to treat a customer.
TLDR: appalling customer service. Don’t book!
