I had the pleasure of booking with Cynthia for a last minute sos appointment and this was hands down the most positive experience I have had with a lash tech thus far. The environment is immaculate and the customer service and work is just as impressive. She provided an electric blanket which is an excellent touch and she knows her stuff and could advise me on my lashes and their health going forward. Cynthia was absolutely exceptional ! She is a real perfectionist didn’t let me leave until she made sure my lashes look perfect. I usually start to hate the set I have after a week or so because of the way they fall randomly but I think the glue she uses is excellent! I am 2 weeks in today and they still look perfect and I don’t feel the need for a refill yet It was not hard to find her place, and the studio was so clean and cozy (even the bed was heated).
