Cynthia was professional yet friendly and provided a beautiful atmosphere and ambience with candles which felt very much like being at a spa. I felt instantly relaxed. Throughout the process, Cynthia ensured to explain the steps of the process and remained attentive throughout, making slight adjustments for me to ensure I was comfortable. Cynthia ensured to share and demonstrate lash aftercare and maintenance which I greatly appreciated. Exceptional results delivered, I would highly recommend!
