This was my first ever intimate wax (hollywood and underarms - hot wax) and was extremely nervous. Silvia was so friendly and comforting. She was efficient and the entire experience was almost painless. I have a proven and objectively low pain threshold and still found this almost painless which says alot! Vakue for money was also high, quite cheap for the experience and areas I got. This was the smoothest, friendliest, warmest (in temperature and atmosphere), cleaniest and most painless salon experience and is now certainly my regular wax destination.
