I went to Sylvia for the Hollywood Wax, a very sensitive treatment and I immediately felt in good hands. Sylvia uses a small room on the lower level of a hair salon and the salon seemed clean with friendly staff. Sylvia herself is very friendly and had a good sense of humour which helped me calm down while hair was being ripped out of the most sensitive part of my body. She was very thorough and helped explain how to take care of my waxed skin. Overall, very good experience and value for money. I will continue to come to see Sylvia for my more personal waxing needs. One area of improvement: this was my second appt in the studio. The first time the studio was spotless, the second time there was some leftover hair in the hair salon portion on the ground that needed sweeping, but that's it.
