Whilst the salon is lovely, I spent my entire half an hour treatment with squeezing my eyes shut because the lights were so bright above the treatment table. There was also no music so my whole wax took place in near silence.
There were also communication problems and ultimately i left not entirely happy with the result, but by then it felt too difficult to try and communicate what i wanted different. The wax was a reasonable price, but think i will pay more in future and hope for the service and result i am used to.

Both friendly and professional my massage was great and I loved how quick and convenient Lakshmi was. I will definitely go again!

another excellent visit - the mani hadn't lasted as long as normal, but I suspect this is down to the polish I chose rather than the fantastic therapist.
