The moment I walked in, the salon smelled amazing and relaxing; putting me in a very calming mood. This turned out to be one of the products they sell in store. Unfortunately, I came in late to the appointment due to transport issues. Due to this, I was told that they would need to rush the treatment in order to accommodate the next booking. I find it hard to believe that everyone arrives precisely on time for their appointments so I wonder if this happens to a lot of their clients. They do not have a very wide selection of gel nail colours so I had to go for a different colour to the one I was hoping to find. But the treatment was good and the staff was friendly.
