Really like Lady J, but feel recently it’s become quite hit or miss depending on who you get. I had an amazing manicure there, but when I came to get them taken off the lady destroyed my nails, let them in the most awful condition with half the gel on some bits and filed to low in others. When I said all the gel wasn’t off she was rather rude in response. I had to ask twice for her to put oil on my nails as they looked horrendous.

the nails aren’t great. the nails are really thick and haven’t even lasted a week. I have been getting my nails done for ages and always get them long, and they tend to last a while but they are already falling off. the lady who did them was really rude too.
