A disappointing and costly experience
I visited Lady J for the first time 10 days ago for a full set of Acrylics and take off (£15 extra!) I tried again today for infills, I was left waiting with no explanations and after 15 minutes they decided to start a take off with someone else. Two of my extensions had fallen off and they charged me £2 per nail which I was shocked at. This makes the total cost the same as a full set? Which is mad considering a full set is all 10 nails! Won’t be returning!!

I’ve been a couple of times now and the staff are always really friendly and welcoming. The threading is also always very thorough.
