It seemed they were overbooked with too many treatments to do and not enough staff . I had my manicure in the pedicure chairs With my nail filings on my lap and my coat - I was balancing my hands in mid air while the nail tech was doing the shellac manicure. It was loud with the staff constantly shouting to each other and wasn’t a very enjoyable of relaxing experience

Always enjoy going to Lady J for mani/pedi. It’s an hour or so of relaxation and escapism. They’re all lovely in the ‘shop’. Maybe think of [cash] tipping the actual people who do your nails?
