Normally have coloured gel, however I explained that I’m relocating and I can only have clear gel. That said I still expected a base and top cost either side of the clear gel, this didn’t happen. I asked for a hardening base as my nails are soft, the technician who did this last time was working and I asked this technician to ask what she had used, she didn’t. So I had 2 coats only, not sure if it was base and top or base and clear. I feel what I received definitely wasn’t what I paid for

Had a terrible wax here. I was told the usual waxer was not working so another girl would be doing my wax. She could not pull the wax off properly which was very painful and left me with a terrible result - will not be going back here
