Not the usual experience. As a regular customer I find it very frustrating at the level of hit and miss with the staff here. My pedicure was very rough, nails filled right down to the point that it was sore. Gel manicure, polish is thick and uneven.

First time trying this place and will be back. Time was taken doing my nails especially filing the acrylic so they weren’t thick and uneven. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is they were 15 mins late (which I know isn’t uncommon) but I was in a rush
