So disappointing! I hate leaving bad reviews and wanted to like this place so much but it left much to be desired. Hairdresser laughing and speaking loudly in another language to another customer was really off-putting and unprofessional. Hair wash was fine - no scalp massage. Very strange that she blow dried my hair and then cut it. The cut itself is not too bad hence leaving 2 stars but I felt very uneasy during the whole session and lost faith in my hairdresser. Rather than being a nice treat on a day off, I couldn't wait to get out of there. There's a lot of potential in this place but following today's experience, it's not a place I'd recommend.

Was a bit nervous on my first time salon experience in London but it went so well! Love my balayage colour by Serena. It suits well with my dark Asian hair. Definitely coming back.
