Great experience getting balayage at Labs - went over and above to make me feel welcome whilst I was having my hair done. Both Sara and Serena were lovely. I wasn’t sure on the toner when I first left but Sara gave my hair another wash and then even re did the blow dry and I left absolutely loving my hair. Best blow dry I’d had in a while.. would definitely recommend.

Great experience today with Sara! Lovely and friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted, and cut my hair perfectly! Serena was lovely also and the glass of Prosecco went down a treat! Perfect start to the weekend! Will definitely be back! X
