Wanted a nice cut and blow dry, I was told to go downstairs into a basement where there was no music and just the hairdresser. Left with hair very flat and no volume 🙅🏽‍♀️

The room itself wasn’t overly nice (it’s not the room shown in the main photo) but by the end of the hour I couldn’t have cared less. I had such a great haircut, I can’t remember the name of the lady I had but she was so precise and obviously really cared about doing a good job, always checking throughout the cut. Very impressed, will definitely be going back.
