Good haircut, the stylist did exactly what I requested and was friendly. I regularly get undercuts and some salons are less comfortable with doing them, but this stylist was very happy to do it and did an excellent job.

Wanted a nice cut and blow dry, I was told to go downstairs into a basement where there was no music and just the hairdresser. Left with hair very flat and no volume 🙅🏽♀️
