I’ve been quite a few times for facial waxing and most of the time I am satisfied with the results.

Terrible, worst facial-let alone microdermabrasion facial- I’ve ever had. The beautician, wasn’t very professional at all, and had poor breath and body odour as well as just generally not being great at her craft. She was not thorough and rubbed tissues into my face and missed several steps of the facial, the facial itself was using a ‘diamond tool’ not the crystal clear that most places use and they were old and unsanitary. In addition to this, I had to talk her through the different heads to use for different parts of the face, she hurried me through it and left some minutes short of the facial, not that I even minded at this point I just wanted to be out of there.
When I arrived at my appointment time, the staff were deep in conversation about whether or not the other one had had lip fillers, I just generally waited around for about 5 minutes without any welcome or reception until another staff member came out and told me to have a seat without any indication as to what was going on or how long to wait. After waiting for another 5 minutes I asked the staff how long it would be as I had to get going, they then told me I can go in for my facial.
I had heard good things about this salon, from friends and colleagues in the past few years and had always thought about going as it’s quite local, but it was a horrific disappointment, this place is dated and out of sync, anything but chic.
