I initially had an issue which they resolved immediately. They were kind enough to even throw in a free facial as I was not fully satisfied with the treatment I received prior. The management (husband and wife) did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied. So for that I am extremely grateful, knowing that they care and are concerned with my experience at their establishment makes a big difference, they are not just out for money.
