Overall I was happy with my lashes, however Patsy told me when I arrived that she couldn’t infill another technician’s work which I’ve not experienced anywhere else. I would have appreciated her telling me this in advance. We agreed that she would remove everything and apply new lashes. At the end of my appointment she said she had to charge me double the original amount; again I think she should have been more up front about the additional cost and her policies on her booking page.
